• Clients must provide accurate contact and address information for service delivery.

4. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use certain features of the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. User Obligations

5.1. Clients

• Provide accurate service requirements and access instructions.
• Be present or provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Pay for services rendered through the platform.
• Treat cleaners with respect and professionalism.

5.2. Cleaners

• Provide services with reasonable care and skill.
• Maintain accurate availability and profile information.
• Hold valid police checks and any required certifications.
• Communicate promptly regarding bookings.

6. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by cleaners.
• Prices are displayed on the platform and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed through our secure payment provider.
• Cancellation policies apply as outlined in the booking flow.

6.2. Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers. These offers:

• Are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer
• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
• May be withdrawn at any time without notice
• Are available only to new customers unless otherwise specified

7. Reviews and Feedback

7.1. Leaving Reviews

• Both clients and cleaners may leave reviews after completed services.
• Reviews should be honest, accurate, and based on actual experiences.
• Reviews must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or false content.

7.2. Reviews and Testimonials

By leaving a review or providing feedback, you grant GlintMarket a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your review in marketing materials, including:

• Website testimonials
• Social media posts
• Advertising campaigns
• Suburb-specific marketing materials

Reviews may be edited for clarity or length while preserving the original meaning.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for the conduct of clients or cleaners.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlintMarket, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• You may terminate your account by contacting us.
• Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
